How to: Field filet your fish

A quick way to skin and de-bone trout (or whatever fish you get) is to first cut the head off and gut it then place in some hot water!! (about fifteen seconds) The bones will curl up, and you can just grab the spine and pull, no more bones.

The skin will peel off by hand too!!
